I like things simple and wanted to be able to implement a healthy way of life into my own life without it being costly, time consuming or confusing.

Everyday Roots goal is to spread knowledge about natural and home remedies to the general public. They have recipes and do it yourself ideas from everything to sore throat remedies, homemade toxic free cleaners, shampoos, facial cleansers and my fave - homemade vitamin water. Yummy!

  • Cut out sugary drinks and DIET anything.  Artificial sweeteners are no bueno.
  • Limit caffeine and alcohol. I know Booooo.
  • Beware of FAKE HEALTHY DRINKS AND "VITAMIN" WATERS.
  • Always read labels and get educated on these ingredients. If you can't pronounce it, chances are its not that great.
  • Water is best. Add fruit and let sit overnight. My personal fave is cucumber and apple. Scroll down for recipes.
